Capture-Cam are pioneers and world leaders in low cost PC-DVR software solutions finally enabling consumers and small business alike to protect their property and assets at a fraction of the cost or mainstream hardware based solutions.

The founders of Capture-Cam have been involved in PC-DVR solutions since 2001 and together have grown to corner the market and deliver the latest in surveillance and security solutions. 2005 saw the launch of the flagship Capture-Cam X-Port line of PC-DVR software and with it strong interest from telecommunications carriers due to a world first in surveillance technology; “Multiple Camera Selection” (MCS) allowing customers to view their surveillance cameras locally and abroad on most web enabled devices including the majority of mobile devices found in the market today.

2006 saw a strong partnership formed with Swann Security world leaders in Do-It-Yourself surveillance hardware to distribute the Capture-Cam X-Port range of software to the DIY market in Australia, New Zealand and certain export territories. Capture-Cam X-Port will now be shipped as standard with Swann’s USB Platinum Webcam and 2 Camera/Capture-Card products, and can be found on the shelves of all good electronics and hardware stores.

Capture-Cam will continue in 2007 to keep abreast of the latest technologies in and around surveillance and mobile streaming and ensure their reputation for outstanding customer service and value for money solutions continues well into the future.
